1. What is our Return & Exchange Policy?

• Returns or exchanges must be initiated within 7 days of the delivery date.
• Cash on Delivery (COD) orders are eligible for store credit only in case of returns.
• Items marked as FINAL SALE or purchased at a discount exceeding 50% are not eligible for return or exchange.
• All items must be returned in their original condition—unworn, unused, unwashed, and with all original tags attached.
• Returns without tags will not be accepted.
• All returns are subject to quality checks and approval by our team.
• Return shipping costs are to be borne by the customer. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
• Products must be received at our warehouse before any return, exchange, or store credit is processed.
• Tilde is not responsible for any loss or damage to garments during return transit. We recommend using a reliable courier service with tracking.
• Items showing makeup stains, perfume, or any other scent will not be accepted. Please take care while trying on your garments.
• Only authorised returns will be processed. Any return sent without prior authorisation will be refused, and the customer will be responsible for arranging its collection.

2. How do I register a return or exchange?

3. When will my return/exchange be processed?

Once your returned item is received at our warehouse, please allow 3–5 business days for the return to be assessed and processed.

Approved exchanges or store credits will be issued only after successful quality checks.

4. What if I received a faulty or incorrect item?

We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience. Every garment undergoes a quality check prior to dispatch.

5. Can I return a sale item?

Items discounted more than 50% or marked as FINAL SALE are not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit.

The only exception is if the item is deemed faulty after assessment by our team.
